20+ hours of sleep back in your month? (Not a typo) đź•’

It’s 11:15 PM. The house is finally silent. The kids are (miraculously) asleep. You should be, too.
Â
Instead, you’re lying there, eyes fixed on the ceiling fan’s shadow. Your body feels like lead, but your mind is sprinting through a mental tab-list of field trip permission slips and unread Slack messages. You reach for your phone—just to "check the time"—and suddenly you’ve been scrolling a stranger’s vacation photos for 40 minutes.
Â
If you’ve ever felt like you’re giving 40% to everyone and 0% to yourself, you aren't alone. This is the "Tired but Wired" trap, and it is the hallmark of the modern millennial mom burnout.
Â
Â
The Science of Why You’re So Exhausted
We often treat sleep as a luxury, but it is a biological necessity. Research shows that during deep sleep, your brain’s glymphatic system flushes out toxins twice as fast as when you’re awake. Without it, you aren't just tired—you’re physically unable to process the "mental load."Â
Â
In fact, sleep-deprived parents report being 46% more short-tempered, fueling a cycle of "mom guilt" that keeps you up even later.
Â
The most common hurdle? Revenge Bedtime Procrastination. It’s that psychological urge to stay up late because it’s the only time no one is asking you for a snack or a status update. It feels like "freedom," but it's actually robbing you of the emotional resilience you need to enjoy the freedom you do have.
Move from "Surviving" to "Present"
As a corporate veteran and a mom of two who has hit the burnout wall three times, I know that "trying harder" isn't the answer, nor is having a "lack of willpower". We need to move from "earning" rest to protecting it.
Â
I’m currently putting the finishing touches on a new mini-course called The Restorative Sleep Reset. It’s designed specifically for the "Tired but Wired" mom who wants to go from staring at the ceiling for 45 minutes to falling asleep in 12 minutes or less.
Â
My other goal in building what I call "a mini-course" format is never to create more work for you — you already have plenty! It's to make support feel accessible, realistic, and doable within the life you already have. You'll learn the skill over a short time, like a weekend. Then, implement it immediately and if you apply it over time, you will feel tangible results within the first 2 weeks.Â
Â
I’m opening a Priority List for this first cohort coming in June. By joining, you aren't committing to anything yet—you’re just ensuring you get:
Â
First Access:Â Spots will be strictly limited to ensure I can support everyone.
Inaugural Pricing:Â The lowest price this course will ever be offered at.
Exclusive Bonuses:Â Only for the inner circle.
Stop trading your health for "freedom" at midnight. Your recovery starts now.
 With you in the trenches,
 Ashley
